Scope:
Addition and Remodel.
Description:
The new addition and remodeling will encapsulate
three additions done in 1936, 1956, and 1980, which ignored and distracted
from the original 1904 Carnegie. The new elevations will cover all but the
original Carnegie design, resulting in visual unity, which celebrates the
architectural integrity of the library.
